Super OYO Hotel Cozy Residency — Hotel in Jabalpur

Worst hotel. Worst staff.

I booked this hotel via OYO, booking ID KINP1592 for your reference.

I was far away and I booked this hotel. When I reached hotel, receptionist told me that we don’t have rooms pls ask OYO for other help. I was really shocked, while I’m found that people coming for booking and they allotting rooms. I found that they are behaving badly only with OYO customers. Immediately i told it to OYO Manager, they suggest me nearby hotel vega, with rate 800 INR with including morning breakfast. I asked to book the room. But later when i reach hotel I found that the rate is not same as I booked through manager, rate was revised to 1069 INR without breakfast. Again I contacted OYO manager, but the person changed i told him whole story, he said we can’t do anything. You have to pay as showing. I was really disappointed, I asked to check call recording with earlier person with whom I booked room. But he was telling blah blah blah. Later i also disappointed by OYO vega hotel. I added review on their.

So basically i was cheated by OYO twice in a day, can say within 1 hour.

I simply say that if hotels are not interested to serve OYO customers then why you added hotels in OYO, to make customer fool !!!

Last year in particular jabalpur the same i faced as a OYO customer but at that time it was first incident and I ignored it at that time.

Jabalpur OYO is big cheater and frauds. So better choose Goibibo or Trivago or MMT. One day before i booked hotel through MMT, and it was really nice and hassle free stay.

Pathetic experience....we booked room here from make my trip ....we informed them regarding our late check in ....but when we reached hotel the reception staff told us to take another room and pay extra as these rooms are too small ...we request them to show those room then we will decide ...when we saw rooms they are untidy and smell badly other than that as we told them regarding our late check in they utilise the opportunity and gave that room to somebody else for half day and don't even change the bed sheets doesn't care about corona ( corona protocol guidelines written on the entrance)single staff is not wearing mask ....at midnight along with two ladies we shifted to another hotel ..staff is blaming eachother and don't have any idea about the booking all they know plz pay extra and take another room... this hotel doesn't look female friendly too bcoz at 12 am night we saw males going inside coming outside don't know what's going on there ...pls pay few more bucks but don't go for this hotel...

Booked the hotel through Oyo..In the app it was showing nice bed cleans room bathroom with tv wifi hot water all that thing but..In reality not even one thing is good.bathroom is dirty need repairing...Ac not working tv also if u get room away from router no chance of getting wifi.. plus no tower service inside room..Room not cleans wall are dirty. Please don't book because the photo on...
