I have ordered food from Swiggy. 1st of all for the very first time I ve got manchow soup without fried noodles. Then the quantity of the food was very less. I have ordered food of 1800 INR for 4 people but still 1800 was not sufficient for the restaurant to provide worth or good food quantity. I have ordered Chinese multiple times from multiple outlets like Nanking, clock tower and Wang Chinese and I never had this quantity issue there.
Thank you for replying on my review response. But I would suggest pls read the response properly before replying. I have nowhere mentioned 6 people. 2nd I have not ordered half noodles. It was full noodles. I have not mentioned which quantity was not good for 4 people. Now let me make it very specific for ur small brain. So I have ordered 1 full burnt garlic noodles and in Swiggy it was mentioned 650 ml quantity. That's a bull shit because how can any customer understand how much noodles they will get in 650ml. And I can share the video of ur box if u want to go that bad. The box doesn't even have the capacity to fill 650 ml of water. Then I have also mentioned other restaurants name from where I have ordered multiple times. You can ask Swiggy to confirm how much full noodles I have ordered. So based on my experience with other chinese restaurant in Jabalpur, I have ordered the same quantity considering that the quantity would be same Now in my review I have also mentioned missing fried noodles for manchow soup on which u have not replied. Also while ordering on Swiggy it was showing eta for my order as 35-45 mins Max. But I have got my order in around 1.5 hours, delayed service along with...
Read moreFirst off all, it's a scam. They say they sell authentic Asian cuisine but that's a lie. Their menu is horrible and they don't serve what is on the menu. "Trapen Soba" is a dish on their menu. Any person who knows Asian cuisine knows what Soba is. Pulled buckwheat noodles served with cold soup or stir fried. What they gave was hakka noodles. Also no dish in the name of "trapen" exists. Trapen is a pain medication so unless they are mixing trapen in soba, sorry hakka noodles then it's a lie. "Bao" is a steamed rice flour dumpling with stuffing. What they served was Kulcha and paneer stuffing. I didn't ask for paneer kulcha I asked for Bao buns. "Salmon" sushi when they don't have salmon, Salmon isn't a seasonal fish it's in the oceans all year round. I'd give a 0 star rating if I could. Food quality is below average. No ventilation on the second floor so if you order a sizzler, be prepared to be choked to death by the lack of oxygen. I am an Asian food enthusiast and I am so disappointed by the sheer lack of so called authenticity and blatant lying. And I'm surprised that no one ever called them out on their menu. Running a food business is not easy nor is it simple. Please make changes or I will drag the average...
Read moreAnd a good experience with food here. If you want to have authentic chinese food in Jabalpur this is the place where you must go. Food taste, quality, quantity is truly upto the mark. Though, you have to bear the price which is a little bit on the higher side. But, can assure you, if are a fan of authentic chinese cuisine you would appreciate every bite of bit.
My only problem was that hotel never asked for regular water or bottles water and served the bottlwd water only. But, they have charged exorbitantly for a bottle of Kinley water bottle (45 rupees) whose MRP is 20 rupees printed on the bottle. I have told them that you cannot charge more than the MRP but they have mentioned that they can and they have clearly written that in the table. Now, i had no mood to argue with them after having such a good food and...
