Burger Farm — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Pathetic experience! Though we are JBT customers but since it was close that day we went at this Burger Farm outlet and ordered 4 burgers and two puffs. Firstly, made us wait too long and delivered orders to others who came late than us. Secondly, when we took away our order which was take away we found that one puff was missing. When we called them they asked the details of our order and payment receipt but never refunded the money back. Pathetic! So it means every one should check the order by opening the seal there only! I have ordered one farm alloo tikki & one firy aloo tikki burger as take away. Order was made at 10:23 PM Order was handed over to me at 10:45 which is approx after 20 minutes after that also order was completely messed up, firstly I got both farm alloo tikki & there was no extra cheese slice which was included in my bill. Also food was completely cold. Than what is the sence of waiting 20 minutes there if they will treat their customers like that.

Place is fine … I am regular visitor of burger farm and I have observed that burger is always cold … I spoke to staff they said madam it is in our rules that burger will not be hot … but when I visit McDonald and Burger King they give a warm burger .. I know you cannot serve a very hot burger ir a piping hot burger but atleast customer should feel that he has come to restaurant so he should get a warm food ..
