Burger King — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Think twice before planning a birthday !! I had made a booking for my kids bday at bk vaishali outlet. I was given a time frame of 5-7 pm. Advance paid 1 day before for the booking to Mr. Islam. On the day of booking he was on an off day. He didn't answer my calls. Tried calling Mr. Maman singh who had showed around the reserved space- no answer. Finally called the store directly and reminded them to do the decorations. We arrived with the kids at 5:15 pm. Good decorations! However, the service was absymally slow. Even to give water they took 15 mins. Kids were thirsty. We were promised a dedicated server for the party who was missing for the entire 2 hrs duration. We had to rush down on ground floor for every single thing, glass of water, tissues, table cleaning. At 6:30 pm I told Mr. Maman singh to get the tables cleaned, however his reply was very disgusting. He said - madam aapko pehle hi kaha tha ki aap time se shuru kijiye. Well we were just winding off after kids finished eating and cake cutting was over by 7 pm. How could he deny us service at 6:30 pm? If we arrived 15 mins late due to rains how does that give the liberty to stop the service before time for which you charged in advance? very poor attitude from Mr. Maman singh shekhawat. All the other staff was cordial and helpful. Food was tasty and hygienic place. 5 stars for food, decorations and dedicated area. 0 for poor attitude of store manager and unnecessary and unexplained tantrums thrown by him. The burgers of burger king is very very good as compared to other burger sellers . I love the basic crispy veg from burger king very much. I mostly prefer the crispy veg only as it is very very tasty and also the cheapest. I cost around Rs 45 without taxes. This place has a 2 floor burger king outlet which is very good and it can also accommodate around 100 people at a time. There is a large space is also available for birthday parties etc . The dine in experience is very very good and also the delivery experience is also good. They have made a separate entry for the delivery and take away orders so the delivery persons do not disturb the people inside . outside the burger king outlet , there is ample of space available for parking. So you can easily park your two wheelers as well as your four wheelers easily without any tension or problem. The outlet is also located in very good place so that you can shop for the groceries and also clothes , shoes etc and then you can just enjoy the burgers or whatever at the burger king store. The would recommend you must try the crispy veg option as it is very very tasty. You can also choose a whooper if you want . and the Peri Peri fries is so so good . I love it very very much. Extremely Disappointed with Burger King and Their Customer Service

I recently ordered from Burger King through Swiggy, and the experience was absolutely appalling. Not only did they fail to deliver my order, but the staff also misbehaved with the delivery partner. When the delay was addressed, they rudely responded, "If your madam is in such a hurry, she can come and pick up her order herself."

This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is shocking. As a customer, I expect timely service and polite communication, not arrogance and blame-shifting. Swiggy, as a platform, should also ensure that their restaurant partners maintain a minimum standard of service and professionalism.

Burger King's lack of accountability and poor attitude is unacceptable, and I urge them to train their staff on proper customer interaction. An apology or any effort to resolve the issue would have been appreciated, but their dismissive behavior leaves no room for trust. I will think twice before ordering...
