Visited Burger n Beans and what an unforgettable experience – sadly, for all the wrong reasons.

Started with a chicken burger where the patty had such a unique aroma (read: rotten smell) that even the staff agreed it wasn’t edible. Their solution? Not to replace it, but to just cancel the order. Customer care level = zero.

Then came the chilli paneer – a true masterpiece in redefining how bad food can get. Honestly, it deserves an award for being the worst chilli paneer ever created.

Good location but bad service

Good location on Shipra Path opposite Landscape park. Inside, the cafe is spacious and beautiful. However the service was not good. After ordering, 20 min later they said that Maggi is not available and cannot be made. They could have checked the availability before. The food came very late, after 25-30 min of ordering. Had to request the waitstaff for plates to eat at least 4 times after the food had come. The quality of food was also not good. Vietnamese coffee had so much condensed milk and so little coffee. I recently had a couple of disappointing experiences at Burger n Beans that have made me decide never to return. The first issue was with the French fries I ordered a while back—they were so salty they were practically inedible. I gave the place another chance today, but I was let down again. I ordered a caramel shake, but what I received tasted more like an overly sweet butterscotch shake. The flavour was completely off, and it was just too sugary to enjoy.
