Chaiwalas — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

I've visited this place several times and below is the overall feedback: Location: Excellent location - main Shipra Path - bang opposite main entry gate of Landscape garden Parking: You'll be lucky if you get something on the same side as there are too many shops in the same and adjoining buildings and practically no parking - you may park outside the Landscape garden and cross the road to reach here Ambience: This is not a fine-dining or high-end joint, so please don't go expecting anything fancy - simple mudda's and stools. Preferred place is sitting outside - but traffic and noise is a problem there. Cleanliness: The only thing consistent about this joint is that it's always dirty, untidy and smelly. The inside is not kept clean and the outside has open garbage bins. Product quality and taste: It's known for it's tandoori chai (and several other varieties of chai's). Sometimes they make exceptionally good tea. But the key word here is 'sometimes' ! They're not consistent ! Probably the staff and process is not standardized - but I can't comment on that without first hand knowledge. Snacks too are average.

The feeling one gets during every visit is that may be the management is not really great. The joint has a lot of potential and with the right supervision and standards can do wonders.

They also need clarity on what type of a joint are they? They're too expensive if one compares with a road side or street food joint - but too poorly managed and inconsistent compared to a decent...

Went there for the tandoor tea. Ordered the same along with chow mein and pizza.

Tandoor tea:

No taste of tandoor to be really honest. Quantity was very good. But then taste was not up to the mark of any normal tea. Was not expecting a great tea but a decent one at least.

Chow mein:

Again quantity was good but what was missing was the taste.

Pizza:

My first question to the owners, who puts apple as topping on a pizza. Biggest turn off of all three ordered items.

Staff and guy at reception were courteous. I guess I have given additional start for them only.

Location is good in fact very good it's just opposite the landscape park and on main Shipra path. Concept is also nice. Probably if they improve their food or even tea with some snacks, they will do great. All the best.

PS: if I happen to see good reviews in future I will give one more try with...

Chaiwalas basically a small chai outlet at mansarover which serves various variety of chai ☕. Their menu is special attraction : they have different different categories like "chai pe charcha ", " chai ka parivar " also they have " chai kaa poorwaj 😜🤗" and they sent chai to " chai kaa sasural " What a menu sirji 😜😅🙈". I tried Tandoori chai and coffee : chai is good👌 but I think it can be more better if it will more strong flavour and the coffee was perfect one . Also I Tried Bhelpuri 😋: Amazing one quantity is good as well as taste 🙈👌😋. . About ambiance :they have small cozy indoor sitting arrangements for " gupshap with friends". . So I will visit again this place soon with my friends because " chai par charcha zaruri...
