Cafe Quaint- The award winning restaurant serving the healthiest meals in Jaipur at Jawahar Kala Kendra is one of the most lovely place where you can find some great, healthy & delicious food with peace amidst the city life.
Run by chef Ayesha Sajjan who is a lawyer by profession & an artisan baker following her passion brilliantly 🙌🏻
Coming to the ambience -it has got an indoor area with a red wall that has their vast menu on it and an outdoor seating area with lots of greenery and sunshine. On a good weather day or winter time, you’ll definitely like to sit outdoors but as it’s summers I preferred sitting indoors. ☀️
I went to try their vegan & gluten-free plant based meals that they added recently to their menu & this is all what I ordered-
✨Tropical spritz 🍹 Refreshing summer drink, made with fresh lemon, seasonal citrus and honey, topped with sparkling water.
✨Raspberry spritz 🍹 A concoction of raspberries, lime and mint topped with clear soda.
✨Vega mezze platter 🥙 Perfect falafels served with hummus, beetroot hummus, tzatziki, fresh salad and fresh baked bread of the day.
✨Gluten Free and Vegan Ramen Bowl- 🍜 Soupy soba noodles prepared in a vegetable broth, served with mushrooms, red cabbage, chillies and miso tofu.
✨ Beetroot Hummus Tartines Toasted bread topped w/ beetroot hummus, crispy onions, olives, feta cheese and basil.
✨Gluten free and Vegan PestoTofu Sandwich 🥪
✨Vegan strawberry pancakes 🥞 🍓
✨Ham and cheese bagel 🥯 A Toasted sesame bagel, slathered with butter, cream cheese, layered with ham, lettuce, tomato and cucumber, topped with cracked pepper and sea salt (ANon- vegan ofcourse but I really wanted to try this)
I loved almost EVERYTHING! 😋 Except tofu pesto sandwich.
My favourites at Cafe Quaint are- ✨Tropical spritz ✨Cucumber Spritz ✨Vegan mezze platter ✨Gluten Free and Vegan Ramen Bowl ✨Beetroot Hummus Tartines
Their menu is so vast..I wanted to have sooooooo much more..definitely have to visit them super soon to binge on some guilt free healthy food again!🤪

Read moreI had the worst experience at Quaint. I, along with four pf my friends visited on Saturday and chose a drink each and four to five food items. The food looked tempting but the quantity was only for one. We still went on to eat it. The pasta was undercooked, so chewy, could not eat more than a bite. The peato pannini was terrible, pesto was not pesto but literally a desi mint chutney. Then, the shakshuka tasted so below average and was not fresh at all, the eggs had a very bad after taste. For drinks, we ordered the basic cold coffee and it was only froth, and nothing else. We were so hungry and disappointed and decided to leave at once. Moving on to pag the bill, the staff at rhe counter asked us if the food was upto the mark. I immediately told them how disappointed we all were. But the staff further argued with me and my friends, and started telling us that we were wrong. They were not ready to accept our feedback, even when at the first place they asked us about our review on the food. We anyway decided to leave without arguing with the senseless staff After around 3 hours, my friend had food poisoning and she was so sick and vomiting. Read moreQuaint is a nice little café which is a part of Jawahar Kala Kendra, Jaipur. The ambience here is nice. There are options for indoor and outdoor seating as well. The lighting is beautiful too. The menu has a variety of beverages, snacks and deserts and the service is very good and on time. The preparation is exquisite and the food is delicious too. There are bookshelves with a decent variety of books to read in order to pass the time as you wait for your order. If you have come here with your friends in a group, you can also play any of the few board games here and enjoy your time here. The cuisine available here is that which you would expect from any typical café. It consists mainly of a variety of tea and coffee on the beverage side, continental food including sandwiches, pasta and all kinds of eggs (boiled, scrambled and whatnot) as snacks, and stuff like waffles, crepes and smoothies as deserts. However, some items which are seasonal may not be available all the time, like certain kinds of smoothies. They also sell off the counter items like chocolates. Overall, my experience here was good. My only gripe with this place was that some of the items had too...
