Horrible Experience – Manager Kanha Chaudhary Was Rude and Unprofessional!!!

I had one of the worst experiences ever with Domino’s Jagatpura outlet. I placed an order via Swiggy at 10:57 PM, and despite Domino’s 30-minute delivery promise, the order didn’t arrive. I called the outlet, and the manager Kanha Chaudhary casually told me the order would be delivered soon and that a refund would be initiated.

After waiting another 15 minutes with no update, I called again and to my shock, he said the order was missed and now I’d have to pay again for a fresh one. When I questioned him, he spoke extremely rudely, with zero sense of responsibility or professionalism.

HE cancelled it without my consent.

This isn’t just late delivery — it’s disrespectful, arrogant behaviour from a manager who clearly doesn’t value customers. Domino’s, if you care about your reputation, take action. I wasted my time, didn’t get my food, and was insulted by your staff.

Very poor service. They usually delivered the pizza after an hour when the pizza becomes cold and tasteless. Happened to me multiple times. I also tried self pick up orders to avoid this but they are habitual with their mismanagement. They usually call you asking to replace some items in your card citing out of stock inventory. Last time I cancelled the pizza due to multiple calls from their team for replacement of few items in my order. They even marked my order as delivered and there is no refund or anything from their side till date even after sending multiple e-mails to guestcaredominos@jublfood.com. Very bad customer experience at this store. I finally decided to stop ordering from Dominos. Thanks for being excellent in annoying the customer. Hats off to you guys. Keep annoying us.

Edit after 2 month: No refund till date. An Advice - Please do Cash on Delivery orders...

Worse place to visit, pathetic and very bad taste and quality of food, staff and higher authority are very rude and unprofessional, no management can be seen there and if I'll talk about online orders, they didn't deliver the food for more than 1 hour and they never use to pick the phone, food reached my place after 1.5 hours all the food was very cold and tasteless when I tried to connect with them they didn't pick my calls, however i asked delivery boy to make me speak to the management they said to not to take the delivery inspite of apologies, these things are very serious which will convert your business to an end soon .... Please don't give them any support and business as you will also not get any support from this...
