Dosaka - The Best South Indian Restaurant in Mansarovar, Jaipur — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

I’ve visited other Dosaka outlets before and always had a pleasant experience, but this visit was quite disappointing. We arrived around 9:15 PM and were handed the menu right away. However, one staff member kept hovering over us, clearly pressuring us to place our order quickly.

We initially ordered just drinks, as we wanted to take a moment before deciding on food. Despite our request, the waiter insisted that we place the full order at once. When the food finally arrived, all the dosas came first, and the drinks followed much later — completely defeating the purpose of our request.

It felt like the staff were rushing everything just to turn over tables faster, which affected the quality of the food. We ordered the Jini Dosa — usually a favourite at other outlets — but it turned out to be the worst we've had.

Even after we finished eating, without asking for the bill, the waiter brought it over and subtly urged us to leave because other customers were waiting. This made us feel unwelcome and hurried.

Overall, the experience felt rushed and impersonal — not something I expected from a place I previously liked. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving both their service and...

On downloading app of dosaka you get one lemonade free. We were 9 family members and we had joined 2 tables to sit together. One of family members used app and got lemonade by showing code. Later on when we downloaded the app on mobile of another family and showed the code they denied to give lemonade saying that on one bill only one lemonade is given. At that time we were in middle of ordering and had not asked to give bill so we said that we are sitting on 2 tables so we can get 2 lemonade, we will like to 2 have 2 bills. Another waiter said single bill has been made. We asked we have not said that make bill, we are ordering!!! But they denied. Shows cheap mentality, low service standards. Will never go to this cheap mentality restaurant who were dying in giving 1 more lemonade even on 9 family members, trying to deny by giving cheap excuse that single bill has been made even when we had not finished ordering. Waiters will be waiters with stingy mentality. They don't deserve any tip, neither any restaurant should keep such persons in counter or as waiter, and if a restaurant keeps such persons then better to stay away from such...

Went there on the recommendation of Jaipurite friend but unfortunately countered with very bad experience. We were five and ordered different dishes. Firstly, the order was served one by one the too at large gap so, we could not enjoy collective dinner. Unfortunately, one order Deshi ghee dosa was not served till others finished their portion.

The server was not in the position to explain and keep saying " you order is being prepared" We called the manager and chef but no one turned up.

Ultimately, we decided to leave as one of our family members was hungry that too diabetic. When complained on the manager desk the lady on the counter convinced us that our order is fully served. I asked her to check KOT then she realized that one of the order is still pending. Even then she didn't apologize. Surprisingly I overheard the staff and chef conversation " let them go we are having other customers in waiting assign the table to them"
