Read moreI love this place because of the homely and cozy vibe. In fact, I am a regular customer visiting here twice or at least once a week. But genuinely, something is extremely wrong with their staff.
They are so adamant about putting the music as loud as a night club. Even after expressing the concern at least 20-30 times, they won’t turn it down. They are just so stubborn about it as if they are paying me to sit there. And it’s not just about me, I have seen other guests too arguing about the same. Once there was a group of friends who literally had a heated argument with the staff to put the volume down but they were still very reluctant. It’s super annoying.
Once I had to tutor the lady waiter the difference between a night club and a coffee house. Later on she started making faces whenever I visited the place like a pados wali aunty. I only have to go here cause it is too close to my home else I would never go here.
I am from hospitality industry myself and tbh, this is not how you treat your guests (especially regular customers). I mean think it like this - As a customer, we are fighting with the house to let us sit there.
