The name speaks for itself. It was actually the taste of south, in the city of Rajasthan. The place is quite simple yet justifying itself. I went here for lunch with my family. The menu card has touched every variety of south Indian . Dosai, Rava dosai ,Fusion Dosai, Uthappam, idli, vadais, lemon rice, puliogare (tamrind rice) and many more.. Read moreThey have the authentic South Indian dishes, as well as the abomination that Gen Z likes to call, "Fusion Food". But nevertheless keeping the personal preferences aside the food is great, The Dosai Ghee Roast, vadas, and Idlis are awesome, The cuisine generally has more of Udupi cuisine but you will not get dishes such as bonda or Punnugullu from Andhra Cuisine. The rice dishes such as puliogare, or chitranna are also very good. I wouldn't recommend the Filter coffee as it is too dark and bitter for my taste buds( but again personal preferences matter), the upma is the best thing you will get in the restaurant, it just melts into your mouth, with the ghee coating all over your tongue, it is ethereal! The Interiors are awesome, and the place is also located at a strategic place with lots of customers. The Restaurant Staff is also very friendly and nice! You can also use the app of the restaurant for...
Read moreI recently visited Dosaka for an office party and had the chance to try out dosa there. I really had a good experience! The dosa was crispy, perfectly cooked, and absolutely delicious. The sambhar was flavorful and well-balanced—not too spicy but with just the right amount of tang and depth. The chutneys were a delightful addition, especially the coconut chutney, which paired wonderfully with the dosa.
The ambiance of the restaurant is very inviting. It has a modern yet cozy vibe, making it a great spot for both casual dining and group gatherings. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
I recommend Dosaka if you're in the mood for authentic South Indian food with a contemporary twist. Will definitely be returning for another round...
