Karims Vaishali Nagar — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

I visited this vaishali nagar restaurant for dinner with my wife for the first time. we have been to karims c scheme numerous times before as we love that place & it's food. Ordered chicken seekh kebab and mutton stew with khameeni roti and all the items were below average and specially the mutton stew the masala in the gravy was uncooked and mutton pieces were hard to chew and tasteless as it was not marinated and cooked properly. when I showed the manager (forgot his name) that it was a undesirable dish and not worth the money spent and as my wife did not eat much and was hungry, I asked for a full refund on the mutton stew dish but to my surprise the manager started arguing with me and trying to make a fool out of us like we are having non veg food for the first time in our lives. The manager should give advice to his inexperienced cook instead of defending his pathetic food shamelessly. I recommend everyone that it's better to visit & eat in the Karims C scheme branch than the Vashali nagar restaurant. It will be a very difficult task for them to replicate like the C scheme restaurant standards. Highly disappointing...
