KFC — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

I am writing here about an experience I had today after ordering KFC. I ordered KFC's Apple Food at 7:15 pm today and they said it would be delivered at 8:21pm. When I contacted them after the food was not delivered even at 8:30 pm, they told me that if I wanted to, I could come there and collect it. When I contacted KFC's Mall of Jaipur branch again, they just said that the order had been cancelled and left. I have not received any notification of the order being cancelled yet.

Pathetic service. This is unacceptable. I went to KFC well before closing time, but the staff flat-out refused to take my order, spoke to me rudely, and behaved unprofessionally. Meanwhile, they continued serving other customers, claiming the store was closed. This is blatant discrimination and terrible customer service. He also refused to tell me his name. KFC needs to address this immediately. I will not be returning unless this issue...

Visited twice and was disappointed both the times. They never have the smoky red and take a long time to prepare the order, for a hot and crispy they took around 20mins. The staff is very less in number and they make the items on order. I understand that is because there is very less footfall in the mall and the food court but still I won't recommend this.
