KFC — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

In this branch of KFC you cannot order from the counter, you have to order from kiosks, there are usually 10+ people waiting for orders and there are only 2 kiosks, and everyone needs to take atleast 5 min to place order as they are not familiar with UI which is understandable from a users perspective, so you get your turn to order in roughly 15 min.

Now the second issue comes up, they don’t have all items that are mentioned on their counter screens in their kiosks, so you have to cancel your order, leave the queue, go ask staff to add that item, which takes another 15 min.

Now the items you want to order are in kiosk but you are back at end of line and have to wait your turn again, add another 15 min.

You placed your order in 5 min hopefully, with other agitated customers waiting behind you.

Now you wait around counter waiting to collect your food among a crowd of 15 people, add another 15 min.

Now you got your order in an hour and 5 min, hopefully your family can wait that long just to get food from here 😊.

And don’t bother trying to connect with manager, he himself is stressed out from this system and can’t really attend you, again not even gonna blame him here, it’s the systems failure, the whole process of this branch is in shambles.

Request to KFC management, pl hire a process analyst, if required I would be happy to get you connected.

Today I have visited your KFC Jaipur world trade park counter.

Your Quality of service getting detoriat day by day.... Today I have ordered for four rice bowel...I have surprised to see the quantity ... It was just half than the before...& No of popcorn in each rice bowel was 2 -3 PCs in average.... When I have asked the manager has replied that it is the right quantity & previously they were not measuring the quantity...Now they are following rules... Anyway we were hungry & not gone for any argument & ordered two more rice bowel....

Parrellaly we have ordered for 8 nos chicken fiery grills for parcel...The quality of parcel also was very bad.....

I am frequent visitor of KFC Jaipur,world trade park. Previously your service was excellent & we suppose to discuss your staff gesture after leaving KFC... But now it's worst... I believe it's management issue...

My only request is to Improve your service... Otherwise we need to rethink to visit over...

At first I was a little hesitant to spend money on KFC due to very bad experiences in past on the leading fried chicken brand. But, a friend of mine insisted to give a try at KFC WTP Jaipur. This time I was saved as the fiery grilled chicken was juicy and perfect. I am giving it three stars because I felt may other franchises of KFC might not be maintaining the standards of KFC. But, KFC WTP Jaipur is okay The restaurant is located inside a prime location of the city, making it quite a busy place, apart from the fact that it is the only KFC in Jaipur. The staff is helpful, seating is ample, most of the menu is available around the day with fairly quick replenishment, or so it seems. Overall a good place for a meal at the World Trade Park. P.S. Try going an hour before closing time if you are going to order an in-demand item. I went 25 mins before closing time and was declined the chicken rice bowl because there wasn't enough time to fill the...
