Excellent Supermarket with good discounts. It offers a large variety of fruits, vegetables, packed food and daily necessities. It is located on two floors including the ground floor and the basement. There is a staircase for the movement between the floors. On the ground floor, there is a large variety of products including dairy products (milk, cheese, bread, butter, ice cream, curd), cold drinks, cooking oil, fruits, vegetables, sweets, chocolates and ration (wheat flour, sugar, grains, spices, plain flour, rice and more). In the basement, there is a good and a large variety of multi brand products including cosmetics (creams, lotions, shampoo), soaps, detergents, namkeen, oils, baby products, baby powder, chocolates, mats, eatables (packed food, snacks, biscuits, sauces, tea, coffee), underpants and kitchen and bathroom things. Billing Counter is on the ground floor whereas Netmeds Pharmacy is in the basement. Trollies and bags are available to carry your purchases. There are labelled tags and boards with price, discount and product name on product sections and racks. The indoors are well designed, well maintained and clean by well trained and polite staff. The racks and the infrastructure are good too. The entrance and the exit are the same. There is a small cabinet at the entrance to keep your belongings. Parking is also available. Extremely Disappointed with the Service at Reliance Smart Point

I had a very unpleasant experience at Reliance Smart Point on **27/06/2025 around 8:15 PM, and I’m extremely disappointed with the way I was treated.

At the billing counter, one of the grocery packets spilled due to the sheer carelessness of the staff. Instead of taking any responsibility or even showing basic courtesy, the staff member asked me to repack and reweigh the item, completely ignoring the spillage, the inconvenience, and the wastage — all of which was caused by their mishandling.

When I questioned this, the staff was shockingly rude and dismissive, asking me to “go away” with absolutely no apology or explanation. There was zero customer support and no effort to resolve the situation.

This is unacceptable behavior and shows a serious lack of training, accountability, and basic manners. I urge the management to check the CCTV footage from 27/06/2025 at around 8:15 PM to verify this incident and take strict action.

As a regular customer, I expect to be treated with respect and provided with responsible service — this experience was far from that. I hope this review prompts necessary...

It's a good place.....near to MNIT Jaipur, Name Changed to Reliance Smart, You can find almost everything at a good price, I won't say at cheapest but still affordable price, or say in the area one of the best. But still some things are not available, something's I found missing like Handwash refill pouch available but not tge machine only one I able to find after some searches, offers not there much, all in all a good place to visit, can go with frnds for some time pass and shopping too, Remember the Name is Reliance Smart not Fresh, don't get confuse. Some facilities are available for parking, went with cycle which was placed securely and two wheelers are also parked with nice arrangements , can't say for four wheeler some arrangements are there but can't say about it, for payment different methods are available, it was nice place and safe too just in the main road.
