We had our kitty today at Lasa. It was a worst experience we have ever had. The ac of the banquet hall at the 3rd floor was not working for initial 1 hr and all of us had a tough time. Two of our members went back just due to this problem. The service was very poor. We had to go personally to the kitchen to ask for pao and till the Pao reached the table, bhaji was cold. We had to ask for rice again and again with manchurian. The staff was just standing with folded hands. Almost all the members went back without eating or just had icecream. And at the time of payment when we asked the team for some discount because of the discomfort and poor quality service the person rudely denied and said we will have to pay full amount @400/ per person. All our 25 members will never visit again. It’s a suggestion for the management please improve your service if you want to stay in the market.

We clearly told you that we will reach the venue at 2:30pm, you should have started the cooling system prior to that. After reaching the venue we ourself pulled down all blinds of the hall as it was really hot. There was no prior arrengement from your end. We are a total of 25 members of which 6 people didn’t turned up and one of our member didn’t have food because being the host she was busy in running from 3rd floor to your kitchen which is on the ground floor to request for fast and proper delivery of food. We paid a total of 7500/- and no discount was offered. You can check this with your kitchen team and the chef, also you must be having camera’s installed at your premise please have a look at the recording and see how many people turned up and what chaos your team created and ruined our evening.
