Let me tell you, this place has the worst management. We booked for 10 people through Swiggy Dineout, but they never mentioned that the open rooftop was private—and they’d also blocked a room downstairs. When we asked the waiter if we could cut a birthday cake there, he refused, saying someone else had already booked it and would be arriving. We stayed until 11:30 PM, and literally no one ever used that room—so they were just lying.

They even have a DJ setup. A year ago they let us celebrate a birthday there for dining, but this time they flat-out said dine-in wasn’t allowed. To top it off, they seated us in a filthy corner with no lighting, and water was dripping drop by drop from a sprinkler above.

This place is rubbish—I’ll never go back. And whatever you do, don’t order the Hakka noodles or Manchurian: the noodles were overcooked, and the Manchurian was so overspiced and salty it was inedible. Absolutely disgusting.

On top of all that, the staff were incredibly rude. We placed our order at 9:30 PM, and they came back five times to ask if they should place it—and each time we said yes. On the sixth visit they told us the order hadn’t been made yet and asked how long we’d wait, then shrugged and said, “You just confirmed it—give us 15 minutes.” We ended up waiting until 10:30 PM...

For us , the experience was not at all good. Service was pathetic. Their lady manager was not at all professional. First of all we waited for more than 45 minutes for our first order (soup) and when it came it was cold. Then we ordered Chefs special Sizzler, after some delay it came. After looking that we came to know it was not what we ordered, so we asked the waiter what is this? He said that it's tandoori sizzler and when we checked with the lady manager and very casually she lied to us and said it was the Chefs special Sizzler only. Just to deliver food these people lied. It was not at all professional. We spent 90 minutes there waiting and then we moved out just having our reheated soup. They only served us one cocktail, which we asked to take away only as without food what's the need of it. She rejected and said that you have to pay for it. To avoid any more interaction we paid and we went to another rooftop which was far far...

Average experience. Service: I didn't really like the service, I feel like they were very slow. The order was brought on time, but just to get the bill, they took a lot of time and were not even paying attention towards it.

Food: Food, however, was tasty. Everything was nice. A few drinks/mocktails were amazing as well (Bay Biliney/Spicy Guava- one of them was amazing 😅)

Ambience: The ambience was okay. They have a covered seating space and then a rooftop seating space on a higher floor. The rooftop area was not well lit and also had many lights that were beside the table turned off, making it difficult to read the menu. And the below area had limited seating space, and was also very loud because of live music. You can click pictures at the ground floor entrance and near the lift though, that was good.
