This is purely & purely my own review and not a paid one. Because,they guys are expert in getting paid reviews. They offer to pay you some amount in Paytm if you share positive review. Anyway that's their way to get stardom. So, here is my experience, I ordered baby corn from their store using Zomato and I paid around 100/-. To my surprise, I received only 5 pieces of baby corn (without chutney). To test them out again, I ordered same thing from swiggy and this time they delivered 10 pieces(with chutney). It was unbelievable as I bought same thing from same store. After my office, I went to their store to find the answer for this difference. The manager there was like zomato is zomato ( she laughed when she heard zomato) and then I said it's no where mentioned either from your side nor on the partner's website about the qty then how can you rip off the customers. She started reacting in a different way like we don't know you, you ordered from partners(swiggy and Zomato) contact them. Don't tell us. I was flabbergasted to hear that from the owner.

Advice : Always ask for qty of the item you are going to take from them because you are also paying your valuable money. Else, they will rip off you with meaningless explanation.

Absolutely Disgusting – Worst Dining Experience Ever!

If you value your health, time, and money — STAY AWAY from this place. I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars because even that would be generous.

From the moment I walked in, I was horrified. Rats were running openly on the floor, making it clear that this place is a health hazard and has no regard for hygiene. The foul stench inside, broken window glasses, and filthy environment should’ve been warning enough, but unfortunately, I stayed — and that was my biggest mistake.

The staff was shockingly rude and careless. They refused to cancel my order despite me pointing out the unhygienic conditions. They didn’t even have the decency to apologize for anything.

When the food finally arrived after an unnecessarily long wait, they served me fewer momos than promised and charged me the full price. When I questioned them, they had the audacity to lie and say I would’ve received more if I had ordered via a QR scanner — something they never told me in the first place.

This place is a complete scam, run by people who clearly don’t care about customers or cleanliness. I strongly urge everyone: DO NOT waste your money or risk your health here. This was hands down the worst restaurant experience...

I ordered food through Zomato and added instructions about not adding any chills in English as well as in Hindi. Then I called them up to instruct them again about not to add any chillies since I’ll be feeding kids in house. The lady on the other end confirmed that they have prepared Hakka noodles without spices. I emphasized to ensure not to add chilli to other items ( gobhi manchurian and honey chilli potatoes). She confirmed there will not be chillies. When food came, gobhi manchurian and potatoes both are super spicy and hot. Noodles are so broken that they resemble rice more. Then I called the restaurant to give them feedback ( believing that everyone should get a chance to know feedback on 1 on 1 basis), but the guy did not even hear me completely and started back at me saying he has made noodles non spicy. The guy was not interested in hearing what went wrong. This was to be me and mom’s special dinner night, which got ruined because of bad cooking. We ended up cooking food at home.
