You are in hospitality business being polite and understanding is your profession. What was the point of being rude. If someone is spending 3200 Rs for the cake you should have come to an solution to get it restructured we had to get it done from Delight Bakery Shyam Nagar they saved our day. Just so you remember the date was 10.July.2021 you should have offered your service even if you wanted to charge something extra we would happily made instead you kept blaming even though it was your fault if you would have not used bread crumbs on the base cake this would have never happened. This was the same thing my cousin was trying to make you understand but you were very adamant and rude. This is the reason we are bond it write a review so next time when someone orders from you they make sure to remind you for something like this. Cake quality and customer service was way better before I can only request rest is totally upto you how you want to take it positively or negatively. We are no fool if we are politely telling something like this has happened you should provide quick solution not play blame game. What is more important occasion or blaming customer. All thanks to delite bakery for saving the day and 3200 Rs I paid...
