Narayan Ji Gajak Wale Pvt. Ltd. — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

I am a regular consumer of Naryanji's Gajak and Tilsakri which I generally buy from their Johri Bazar shop. But on 30th November 2019 I bought Gud Ki Gajak and Tilsakri from their Vaishali Nagar branch and on eating the gajak me and my wife both developed a severe stomach ache. The next day we consumed the Tilsakri and here too the same stomach ache developed. This never happened before when I bought from Johri Bazar outlet. When I went to complain to the Vaishali Nagar branch there the owner first said that there could be nothing wrong and then after sometime he returned me the money but very rudely said that that dont ever come to his shop. This is arrogant attitude that they have. I am going to get the gajak and tilsakri quality tested in a reputed lab for its purity for the ghee that they claim. Will post the...

Very poor customer handling at the counter and staff members are not polite at all. A customer got a defective eatable and wants them to replace it after billing of one hr, then they refuse and force them to keep it, and did not given any attention to the bill brought by the customer. Some other customers requested them to talk politely but they refused and stopped entertaining them, kept ignoring and refused to replace order.... When this shop was new, everything was nice, I will not suggest any one to be in this situation. There are many other small and good shops...Show them some attention and don't give importance to Narayanji gajak wale.

This is the same thing as Big shop but...

As name suggest, it's one stop for gajak lovers. At the time of starting this joint, everything was fine. I personally experienced rude behavior of staff two times earlier. But today it was my last visit when I saw one senior aged person requesting to replace foul smelled gajak pack sold him. The staff rudely side lined him and refused to consider his request. Even we requested to staff be polite and replace the gajak but nothing works for them.

I canceled my all order too, and not going to support this kind of cheap...
