Nebulae — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Sharing a distressing experience from my mom's birthday celebration at Nebulae restaurant in Jaipur. We had made a reservation through Swiggy Dineout and were excited to have a wonderful time with our family. However, upon entering the restaurant, we were met with extremely rude behavior from the staff. To our shock, they asked us to leave, citing a truly absurd reason. They claimed that my 78-year-old grandfather, who is more comfortable in slippers due to his age, was not allowed to enter the restaurant wearing them. This unjust and discriminatory rule caught us off guard and left us deeply hurt. As patrons, we believe that everyone deserves equal treatment and respect, regardless of age or attire. It's disheartening to witness such behavior from an establishment that is supposed to welcome and cater to its customers. No one should be subjected to humiliation or denied service over trivial matters like footwear. We hope that Nebulae restaurant takes this incident seriously and reevaluates its policies to ensure a fair and inclusive environment for all guests. NYE PARTY 2023 (Mood Spoiler)

The biggest disappointment was when we entered, we were given the vouchers worth 24000 instead of 30000 as shown when we purchased the vouchers. There was no one to talk to about this issue. Upon asking they said it’s nearbuy’s mistake.

I already called nebulae in the evening 5:30pm of 31st and spoke to someone to reserve a table and she confirmed but when we entered they refused saying they do not have any information about it. We got disappointed and entered, then after 10mins someone came and apologised saying it was their mistake and allotted us the table number 3.

The guy managing the event named Vishal Shukla was rude, unhelpful and not accommodating at all, he almost left us without providing any resolution, it was some other guy may be the waiter who extended help to us and showed us our table.

I am going to takeout time and submit a complaint on consumer forum for false advertising against the merchant if no action would be taken after this feedback.

Enjoyable experience at the Hilton Jaipur Nebula Lounge. The bartender was excellent, all our cocktails were delicious and creative, one even including the delicate detail of crushed rose petals down the side. The one complaint I had was inside my chicken curry contained small pieces of bag leaves and cinnamon sticks. With almost every bite I had to spit out inedible specks. I didn’t know if I was eating a crunchy onion, peanut, bay leaf, or cinnamon. They also could not provide a candle (our waiter Sagan asked the manager and received a no apparently), so the lighting was so dim in our corner that I had to use my cell phone flash light to illuminate my bites to make sure I could eat them. Otherwise, the flavors were mouth-watering, the service was excellent, the views are second to none in this country, and the over all experience was a very positive one. We have been to 3 other upscale rooftop bars in India on our trip and is by far the nicest one. Would definitely return. Special shoutouts to Sam, Sagar,...
