Petite Patisserie — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Disappointing Experience: I recently visited this establishment, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor service and inconsiderate management.

Upon arrival, the music was blaring at an unbearable level, making conversation impossible. Despite being the only customers present, my polite request to reduce the volume was rudely denied by the owner. (The rudeness is clearly visible in the response to this review) I went there at 5 pm and according to him I sat for 8 hrs which would be uptil 1am when the cafe isn’t even open 😂

To make matters worse, our order of warm coffee arrived cold. Although they reheated it upon complaint, the damage was done.

It's the little things – gestures, smiles, and catering to customer requests – that make a place worth returning to. Sadly, this establishment fell short in every aspect.

Given the owner's behavior, I will not be returning. Until they prioritize customer satisfaction and improve their service, I would advise others to think twice...

I wished to order the best cake for my wife's birthday. Zeroed down on 'Petite Patisserie' after reviewing and speaking to a few bakeries and cafes around Jaipur. Right from my 1st chat till the final delivery Mr. Akshat Agarwal, the proprietor of Petite Patisserie was very professional, polite, prompt and cooperative. I felt comfortable placing the order with him. My wife has a varied choice of cakes and what Mr. Askhat offered, a 4 in 1 choice of flavours in one cake was my ideal choice. This cake had the Biscoff, Caramel, Hazelnut and Blueberry cheese cake flavours, all in one. All these were excellent, one better than the other. Enjoyed the cake to the core and will definitely recommend Petite Patisserie to anyone looking to order a quality...

Thanks sooo much Akshat you made my sister and brother-in-law's day very special.... They were mesmerized by beauty of the cake and didn't wanted to cut it at all...my brother-in-law doesn't like chocolate or cream cakes much but you won't believe he relished the Orange white chocolate flavour with orange pieces .... It was very new flavour for us all and very refreshing. Thank you sooo much for your beautiful creation!! It was a real work of art!! Since I was in Jaipur for first time I had lot of fear from where should I order and would that turn out good. I must say cake was so FANTASTIC that we craved for more. For all Jaipur residents I would suggest please try once and you will definately order...
