We were a group of 9 adults and a child.We had a good experience. The staff is friendly and ready to help always. The only point of concern for us are 1. There is no place to put the shower gel / shampoo etc while in, the only option is to bend down ward n put them on the edge of tub which is uncomfortable and at times is risky. A shelf could be placed near the shower itself. Another point is the placement of the toilet seat. It is much closer to the wall and very uncomfortable in sitting as your shoulder keep hitting the wall n the phone placed there. Rest everything is perfectly alright right from the gate men with their warm smiles n namaste with folded hands....the reception staff and everyone else.

As 3 of our group had special dietary requirements and we were a bit apprehensive if they could find the required food, however each n every one including Shibu, Bablu and a female hostess (sorry forgot her name) ensured that all our needs were well taken care off promptly with a smile. A special thanks to the entire team of servers at Zodiac specially Ravi, Ankit and others(mentioning of these names definitely doesn't undermine the importance of others).

We all had wonderful experience at the hotel.

our experience at this hotel was worst experience ever ,initially we entered the hotel we were treated pathetically and later 15 of us were divided on 4 tables because this so called 3 star cannot accommodate 15 people together,and most saddening part was we were made available only with a single waiter for 15 people,the staff was so rude and unapologetic and it did not bother them that we literally had to serve our selves, service and staff is has most disgusting behavior one can ever come across,and there is this man here MR KALYAN SARKAR this man is totally unworthy to be employed at any hotel.he is shame to the profession of managing a hotel.he argued shouted on us and insulted us in every possible way .we had to leave our food due to the misbehavior of the staff and the argument,and insult heated up so bad that we were forced and plate was broken by us we are apologetic towards wastage of food but this place does not deserve a first hand experience. a sincere advice avoid visiting...
