Punjabi Grill Curry and Kebabs — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

So, we visited few days ago to this restaurant for having a good dinner. After checking the photos and review, we had to decide to go there. But from the starting we felt something is missing on the restaurant. Staff is toooo slow to serve the food. After waiting a long time, the deliver cold tandoori roti and rumali roti, when we asked about that, then we get the funny reply, "Sir, from the kitchen to your table it is cold." Seriously? We have to stay 2 hours for a quick dinner due to slowness. About food: We ordered Lal Mans and Mutton korma. Is this a mutton? I had a awful experience at this restaurant. While the food was okay, the service left much to be desired. The staff's behavior came across as rude, and I noticed that they are listed on platforms like Dineout and Zomato Pro. However, when I tried to use these options, they claimed they had initiated requests to remove their listing, which was frustrating.

I hope the restaurant can work on improving their service and staff interactions. The food has potential, but a more pleasant dining experience would go a long way in making customers...

Way below average of marination in tandoori chicken, Old & fermented hari chutney the cover itself was bulged, so you can imagine the level of contamination in it, ambience you can say zero, hygiene inside kitchen zero, the guy who is sitting at billing counter have way beyond of false pride & wrong attitude, No proper lacha pyaz is provided with tandoori chicken, I fail to understand why they call it as Punjabi grill.Totally disappointed experience.Will not...
