Roll Burst Jaipur — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

I am picky when it comes to food and this is undoubtedly one of the best place serving rolls in Jaipur. Most of the cafes and restaurants in Jaipur dont even know how a good quality roll is made and these guys are spot on. Their paneer tikka burst roll is my favourite, perfect crispy flakey layered parantha stuffed with good chunks of tasty paneer, not filled with unnecessary mayo and sauces as most of the food joints will do and it taste amazing. One burst roll is sufficient to fill your tummy. Even the mint chutney and mayo they serve along with it is delicious and of good quality. The items are decently priced and worthy when compared to the quality they are giving. I have tried this place a couple of times and they never disappoint. Even the owners are very humble and welcoming. Right now they also have an offer of complementary cold coffee with every order and the coffee was really satisfying. The place and the food is okayish. There’s no atmosphere as it’s a take away kinda shop, they have good variety of rolls and others dishes, but the taste is pretty average.
