As per your recent reply over this I must say that i asked your staff that if there any complaint box or suggestion section of your cafe and your staff offered me a waste of paper then i told them about the Google review and they said " kr lijiye Jo krna h, hume dar nhi" And not paying for the sandwich, when i was waiting for my order, i made a joke about this so don't play with words when you are not doing well, also i told your staff that this is my second time to your cafe and both time you forgot the order after taking and if you have the cctv footage then you must check the timing before saying anything to a customer, you should give a appropriate time of serving food instead of saying 10 mins more again and again
