Subway Vaishali Nagar — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Date: May 20, approx 11pm I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Subway Eatery at Elements Mall, Jaipur. I visited them coming back from movie and there were only 2 staff members, one of whom was busy with takeaway orders. I specifically mentioned I was in a hurry, but my order was clearly not a priority.

The staff took their sweet time to even quote the price of a 12-inch sub, and I was left standing there, getting hungrier by the minute. Meanwhile, online orders seemed to be getting priority attention. I had to wait for over 40-60 minutes for my order, while the staff member had to refill ingredients multiple times due to prioritizing online orders.

To make matters worse, they ran out of several ingredients, including sauce, lettuce, onion, pickles, etc. Each time, the staff member had to leave the counter to refill, leaving me waiting. The bread options were limited, and when I asked for a specific type, they mentioned it was "hard" but still offered to give it to me. By the time they were making my order, my hunger had long died.

The worst part? Despite being in the store, my order was delayed while 2-3 online orders were delivered before mine. It's clear that online orders are prioritized over in-store customers. I waited, and then I asked them to just put whatever little they had in the sub, it was clear they weren't interested in serving me efficiently.

After a good movie, I was looking forward to a satisfying meal, but Subway failed to deliver. The experience was frustrating, and I'm extremely unlikely to return. If you value your time and want efficient service, avoid this Subway store. I'll think twice before recommending this...

The sandwiches that we ordered were tandoori paneer, shami kebab, tandoori tofu. We chose the option that required all vegetable to be added including olive and jalepeno. Apart from cabbage, lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, capsicum. It is so disappointing. The shami kebab were so dry and crumbly. We chose three sauces but the amount was even less than one tbsp. No cheese, or chessy toasted bread. The breads were not fresh and there was no difference between the different kinds. Absolute rubbish and waste of money. I recently visited this Subway restaurant, and I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, taking the time to explain the menu and suggest new combinations. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, with plenty of seating.

I ordered the veggie delite sub. The bread was fresh and soft, while the ingredients were crisp and flavorful. The sandwich was made quickly and to my specifications. The variety of toppings available at Subway is always a standout, and I love the ability to customize each sandwich.
