Clarks Amer comes under the pick of hotels that every Jaipurite or a tourist has under his/her checklist for sure; and this rooftop property they have, sure does justify that image.
Located on the 9th floor of this beautiful property, ta Blu is one of the most iconic Barâs youâll find in the city. Thankfully the day we visited, the weather made our time there even better. They do make JLN Road seem like a work of art from a 9 stories high view.
Coming back to the place, the interiors are fair; however the outdoor seating is quite nicely done and managed. You get that certain chilling vibe from the whole place that really helps destressing.
Coming to the food and drinks; I tried -
Vegetable Spider - This one is quite unique and an excellent bar side I must confess. The shells were crisp and the filling was quite flavourful.
Vegetable Wonton - Well; not that special but all the things that you expect from a Wonton!
Baked Nachos - Absolutely loved the texture and the taste of the dressings served with the nachos.
Veg Galouti with Khasta Parantha - Oh Veg Galouti is a quite difficult and delicate dish to make but team ta Blu did succeed in doing so!
Cheese Garlic Cup - MUST TRY! One of the things that youâll try love having with a beer. Small servings which can be easily consumed in a bite, this snack was filled with flavours.
LIIT - Thereâs a limited number of places in the city who possess the knowledge of making actual Long Island Ice Teaâs and ta blu certainly is one of those; one drink and youâre done!

âïž Non veg tandoori platter- This platter is one of their speciality, it had mutton seekh kebabs,tandoori chicken tikkas, tandoori prawns, malai tikkas & fish tikkas All the tikkas were so flavourful,soft ,juicy,well cooked & tender đ This was so filling and scrumptious .
