Tapri Pratham® — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

We 7 friends went to Tapri this Sunday after walk at Central Park. Overall experience was sub par.

Starting with seating: very uncomfortable. The muddas and small wooden seat chair may appear aesthetic but aren’t comfortable at all.

Staff behavior: I wouldn’t say they were rude but not warm also. A bit more casual than they should be to be honest.

Chai: Worst possible chai which was very shocking for us as Tapri and similar cafes are known for their chai at least this is what I assumed.

Food: Fried idli is decent. Tofu was okay-ish. Dal Palawan was probably 3.5/5. Poha was okay.

The quantity was quite less and quality/taste was average overall. While it wasn’t bad but at this price point you expect a much much better food, ambience and service.

Overall bill came out to be 500 per person. Will not going for next months at least as there are many more alternatives now.

Best thing was the tree with beautiful yellow flowers...

It is a very nice place to hangout and spend some good time over food. It opens up early in the morning. The interiors are elegant. The have two seating areas - Outdoor seating as well as indoor seating. They offer wide variety of snacks, breakfast options, Tea and coolers.

Ordered : Vada pav - The vada was perfectly baked and it was not oily and the pav was fresh. Overall it tasted good.

Jasmine Pearl Tea : It was very refreshing and great in taste.

Nachos : Nachos were crisp and tasted good. The quantity of the nachos was also very good.

Corn Cheese sandwich : The sandwich was crispy and cheesy and corn with cheese tasted good but the taste is a bit on the sweeter side.

The service is quick. They also offer you a free WiFi for 30 mins. I have visited this outlet multiple times and you can definitely spend some good time...
