I am sure this place has seen and encourage visitors, tourists to come back for more. I am from South Africa and sure to eat there again. Their food is all about simplicity, freshness, best ingredients and I really do know my spices. I would love to get the secrets of their recipe and signature dishes. Almost a month visiting different countries and missing home cooked meals. I met the most extraordinary people from management to stuff was so wonderful and to top it all tasted out -of-this-world food...and to think it"s all here at Jal Mahal restaurant in Jaipur, well this was the amazing , If you visit Jaipur, Please look up this restaurant and you will not want to eat anywhere else. Today I took a family member to the National Ayurvedic Institute in Jaipur. It was afternoon and we were very hungry. So we went to this restaurant for food. Actually this restaurant looks very beautiful from inside but looking at the staff we felt that they did not want local people to come to this restaurant. The staff was looking at us as if they had seen aliens. We had kept some medicines and water bottles. When our bill came, the staff picked up the medicines and water bottles and kept them at another place as if they wanted us to leave from here as soon as possible. When we went there were people on only 2 tables. So I don't think the staff should have been in a hurry. I was very saddened by this attitude of the staff. Apart from this, the food service was slow even though only 2 tables were booked. The quantity of food seemed less even for 4 people. However, the food was delicious and the seating is also good and this restaurant looks beautiful from inside.
