WARNING!!!!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!
Me and a friend had flew into new Dehli and before w got out of the train station we had been told by outside the train station doors that’s Dehli was very unsafe, hotels are closing, riots are happening, people being murdered, wifi shut off and we need to leave Dehli asap. In disbelief I try pursue to our pre booked hotel, to be told the same by the Tuk Tuk driver who brought us purposely to a closed road, a guy “guarding” the road blockage, the travel tour company & this hotel. We were scammed for our money and taken four hours from our destination to this hotel. They went as far as pretending to put us on the phone our original hotel & when we arrived to hear they again lied about wifi and what was going to avoid letting us have contact with anyone else or the ability to check anything for ourselves. THIS IS TERRIFYING for two young girls travelling alone, the amount of people involved in keeping the scams going is unbelievable. Maybe this is all just a money making scam but if they are capable of this then they are capable of a lot...

We booked 2 rooms and It wasn’t a pleasant stay at all. The building nd rooms were classy with great furniture, paintings but the rooms were dusty. Mineral water bottle was not provided in room, we had to go to reception to collect it. The dinner was good but breakfast was not provided on time. Toilet flush wasnt working properly in both rooms. One room had bucket and mug for bathing and the other room hadn’t. Wash basin for 1 room was leaking. It was a horrible stay in total. Luckily we woke up early and we were able to manage time otherwise our plan for the day would have been a disaster. Dear management No one wants to deal with these problems when we come as a tourist. We came travelling so many hrs in flight and car to visit your beautiful city and this is what we have experienced. None of our experience in any other hotels...
Read moreRajputana Haveli is located at one end of the city, the end that has all the monuments like Jal Mahal, Amber Fort, etc. So if you are travelling for leisure this place is perfect, but if you are here for work, you'll have to cross the extremely busy Bada Chopad crossing every time to reach the other end of the city. Google location for their hotel is not correct, so it is a little tricky to find it the first time. It is the corner building in a residential lane, not even 10 meter from the main road. During my stay woodwork was happening and being asthmatic I was not very happy about it, but Manjeet at reception made sure I got the best room and was comfortable.
Service and Food Service staff is exceptional and it was a pleasure interacting with each one of them. Food is good and menu has enough variety for all. Breakfast buffet is served in the basement restaurant and dinner on the rooftop restaurant, both of which are clean and...
