Flavors are satisfying, and the portions are fair. The service was a little slow, but nothing too off-putting. Overall, the place is definitely worth the money. If you are a train enthusiast and love food you should visit here because this place offers food that is great in taste because a train delivers food here on your table. Each table has its own station on which a train of an Engine and two boggies come carrying your food and each table is named after names of different railway stations. A Failed Expectation!

When you expected something but that didn't quite pan out as intended is what I feel with this place. The only attraction is the miniature goods train, limited to 2-3 trailers that brings your food order to the table. Nothing more must be expected from this place.

A very nice idea but failed by the pathetic service supplemented by lack of cleanliness, hygeine and mediocre quality food. The tables are down trodden brown polished wood with stain marks, the rail line onto the table is filled with food items that is atleast a week old, the service managers arguing with each other and the other staff just running around to manage the rush somehow. The place is busy and very noisy, definitely not for the food. The onions served as accompaniments seemed dirty and had brown gooey stuff on it. Upon verification we were told that they are sprinkled with green chutney. Obviously, we ordered a replacement with plain onions. The paneer and dal-dhaba both had high enough black-pepper, which is not how you make things spicy, just hot.

On the ambience side, they have tables named for stations arranged like in a usual restaurant. No announcements before the train arrival, no whistles or train sounds, which would have added the extras to compensate for the white noise, in fact reduce it.

Suggestions for those who wish to go: either place your complete food order at the beginning or be ready to wait for atleast 15-20 minutes even for rotis. This is what we were told and placing the complete order ahaed was not possible for our party of 10. Portion sizes are small, so be ready to repeat orders. Also go during non-peak hours.

The service person was full of attitude and after calling for several times he was not ready to take order. he was like either place the order or leave. Really won't recommend to anyone of my friend or family. The whole incident is I recently visited your Vaishali branch and the service quality provided by you staff was really rude and disrespectful. The service person was very rude in taking the order after several calls to him to take the order. After calling him 3 thrice by me and 3 thrice by different waiters and helpers of the restaurant. After coming to table I complaint that you are taking so much time in taking the order. He replied " Mai bhi kaam kr rha tha amaur apko agr order dena h toh do na" I has eye contact with him thrice to take the order and he was cleaning plates raither then taking my order. All I said "ki ap mera order leke bhi toh ye kr sakte tha taki food prepare ho jata by the time" and then he again repeated" apko order dena h toh do" I was like this is not the manner you talk...
