I recently visited this location to purchase ice cream and had a very disappointing experience with the staff. When I attempted to choose my flavors, the staff member serving me seemed unwilling to allow me the time to make a selection. Despite politely asking about the available options, he abruptly moved on to the next customer and asked me to step out of the queue.

This behavior was both disrespectful and unprofessional. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy, especially when the establishment offers a variety of flavors that require some time to consider. Unfortunately, there was no sense of regret or acknowledgment from the staff regarding their inappropriate conduct.

Such dismissive and arrogant service is unacceptable, particularly from a brand that should prioritize customer experience. I hope management addresses this issue and provides proper training to ensure all customers are treated...

I have had one of the most pathetic experience with this shop and their cakes. I bought a cake yesterday from them and it had foul smell and bad taste. I went to their shop in the morning and the staff very arrogantly said that it cannot be refunded , asked to come at 12 o clock. We went at 12 o clock and the head staff was very arrogant and rude , wasn’t polite at all and misbehaved with my father. I've heard so much about Dayal House, so I thought I'd get a cake from them this time. Honestly, I'm regretting it. First, I asked them to write in gold on a red cake, and this crazy cake maker didn't use any common sense. What's the point of writing in red on red?
