The ambience was not good. The restaurant was Very congested. Kitchen smoke was all around. The price is only 315/- for buffet only to attract costumers. they even charge full price for 3 years old child who merely eat 3-4 spoons of rice. They provide water in 250ml bottle. Which is also chargeable shocking na? They will not provide glass to drink water. And the funny part is that We were charged for 37 water bottles. Koi mza nhi aaya paani peene ka. At last bottles bikhri hui thi table pe. At least provide 1 litter bottle and some glasses. No one will ask you what to repeat in snacks. Khud hi himmat krke bolna pd rha tha. Visited this place in Channi for the first time today and was not very impressed with the offerings and ambience. First impression included empty tables at 8 PM and not so interesting decor, no bgm etc. It has buffet system which I learnt from Insta post. We got served soup instantly without getting to know what’s going on. Anyway, food prep was average but ok considering the price range. I felt that I am attending a local wedding function. Spread is not good as well, with desserts including gulab jamun and brownie with ice cream. Reducing two stars as the sirka pyaas which is very prominently mentioned in buffet menu was served as simple onion and jeera rice label had plain rice kept their. Please don't order from this place. I ordered kadahi chicken and what i received was a bland chicken curry with no salt at all. I called the store and instead of delivering me the right order they told me to go to Channi himmat store and get my chicken replaced. The guy who answered was so rude that he did not bother a bit and hung the phone. If there is anyone managing this store ( which I don't think anyone is) please educate your staff and and let them know I paid the full amount and I deserve to get what I ordered..
