Gulab Vaishno Devi — Restaurant in Jammu and Kashmir

--If you want to spoil your experience of Ma Vaishno Devi Darshan and get insulted then only visit here-- Most Rude, Arrogant staff. Incident 1 with 1 customer I saw: If you ask for time taken for your order they'll say "Hum do dikh rahe hain na, 4 haath hai humaare" IncidEnt 2 with 2 customer: Tea was cold so she asked to change then they were providing new Tea. I vitnessed: Customer- kitna time lagega bhaiya? (This was after 10 mins of wait for replacement order) Gulab Staff: Madam apko thandi bhi nahi peeni chai or jaldi bhi hai. Cust: bhaiya chaiya to garam hi hoti hai na Staff: han to time lagta hai usme.. Arguement went on... Staff guy replied- "15 rupey me badiya cheej bhai chaiye inhe" And returned money after arguement and insulting the girl. Now me: bhaiya kitna time lagega after 10 mins wait Staff: sir apko dikh to raha hai dudh ubaal rahe hai. Me: han but approx time as we are in hurry and waited 10 mins for tea already. Staff: jab dudh ubal jaega tb dedege. Then after 5 mins I asked again so he said "abhi de deta hu jaldi hai to. Then he started boiling the Tea which was returned from the INCIDENT 2 GIRL. I asked for return after arguement I received. When complaint about this on counter where I order ed and got return. He said "to hume kyu keh rahe ho, usse bat karo. Hum e rfund de diya na aage hum nahi jante" No options for -100000 rating. Very bad experience with extremely RUDE MANAGER AT counter And the one wherr they serve sweets, all of them are insulting everyone...

Location near Bhawan, I liked the food, sweets, milk, really recommend to all to have dinner, lunch, sweets and have a glass of milk at night. Self service is pain as you have no energy to walk once you walk up to Bhavan. But best part for our group was they supported us for service and that I liked very much for their behaviour & support they have extended to us. I really recommend this over and above Sagar Ratna.

Also I find some rude behaviour of some of their staff as mentioned by others as well in their reviews.But that staff is, you can say the workers who are responsible to prepare best sweets and food for us, they are not trained for pleasing or interacting with customers. Staff who are supposed to interact with customers are superb and with our group their behaviour was best and even they have extended their support. Thanks for your best services. I missed to ask staff names but one of them asked me to comment and I told him that google asks for it automatically to me as I am a traveler and guide for google with good stars and people used...

This was the most pathetic food I have ever tasted in my life . I ordered veg thali , which included several items but to no avail .As all of them were literally tasteless , veges were undercooked , chapattis were cold . service was very bad . WORST FOOD EVER TASTED IN MY LIFE . IF IT WOULD BE POSSIBLE TO GIVE 0 STARS , THEY HAVE VERY PLEASANTLY EESERVED THAT . Even owner was arrogant as well. I told this whole instance to smvd shrine board bhojanalya at bhairo baba mandir , even they termed them as ki bhaiya chor hai vo quality nahi taste nahi , iss fact pe chalte hai ki janta bhooki hoti hai toh joh milega khayegi hi . P.s-AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE TRY TO EAT AT SHRINE BOARD BHOJANALAYAS .+ MY PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION FOR GOOD FOOD IS THE ONE AT BHAIRO BABA . TRY TO AVOID BIG BRANDS AND EAT HEALTHY AT SHRINE BOARD...
