KC360° Bakery & Restaurant — Restaurant in Jammu and Kashmir

I ordered veg biryani through Zomato, my order was accepted and i was eagerly waiting for the food to get delivered. After 1 n half hour I called up the restaurant and asked the reason for delay in delivery as my app was showing it is ok the way. The person there said that they haven't accepted my order and the value is low so they won't be able to deliver my order. When Zomato interferes Restuarant said the order was delayed because of rain my Gosh i am in same city and here is no rain. After few minutes they put delivered tag on my order. Such an unprofessional approach towards the business. It seems they are trying to make fool of Zomato by doing this but they are losing credibility and customer. I personally wish to give them minus rating but there is no option for that on Google so just to mark my concern I am bind to give them 1 star which they don't...

A restaurant cum bakery in the heart of Jammu City. It also has a section particularly devoted to beverages (hot & cold). You can come here with family or with your group or just solo! It's super friendly and boasts a wide variety of dishes and beverages available. It also has an app on play store and they also offer home delivery services! In terms of expenditure, it is kinda little expensive but if you come with a group and split bills, then it is budget friendly. It also gives discounts to students of schools and colleges(a single id card is required). It is good place to have a view of jammu from above. And also to snap some good photos. Also a duplex cinema hall is adjacent to it and screens Hollywood, bollywood and Punjabi movies. Enjoy your stay here. Good food =...

Worst ever services for online delivery through KC 360 app. Ordered food, no response from anybody concerned mentioned on the app till 2 hours, after repeated calls, requests they are unable to trace their delivery boy and what he delivered. The food was completely junk, breads became hard to chew, totally unhygienic. More worst is nobody is ready to take the responsibility. The staff handling the online orders are so Casual that they hardly care about the customer. Don't even know the spelling of hospitality. Really had a bad experience although I am the regular customer since 10-12 years but now, KC 360 has demolished it's quality. The staff should be refreshed. In future, big no to KC 360....
