⭐ 1/5 — Very Bad Experience at Lalli’s Bar n Restaurant, Jammu

I recently visited Lalli’s Bar n Restaurant in Jammu, and honestly, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. The service was extremely poor — they took a long time to serve food and drinks, and even after reminding them multiple times, there was no proper response. The staff seemed totally careless and uninterested in their work.

What made it worse was their behaviour. The staff doesn’t even know how to talk properly to customers. They were rude, unprofessional, and behaved as if they were doing us a favour by serving. The person who calls himself the owner or “Malik” there was even more disrespectful — talking in a very arrogant and uncivil manner. Instead of handling things politely, he argued unnecessarily and made the whole experience worse.

The food quality was below average too. The presentation looked careless, and the taste didn’t justify the price at all. For a place that calls itself a “bar and restaurant,” they really need to learn how to treat customers with some basic respect and improve their service standards.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are far better restaurants and bars in Jammu where you’ll be treated decently and served properly. Lalli’s Bar n Restaurant seriously needs to improve both its management and staff behaviour if they want customers to...

I found this place excellent and worth going. They have an open sitting option and dine in option also. All varieties of liquor is available and one can really enjoy the service offered here. Food options are also available in variety and tasty. One should definitely try Rada Chicken over here. It's excellent. Service was fast and quantity of the orders were also excellent. Had drinks along with friends but charged for bonfire Rs.300 without our knowledge which was lit in lawn and lying idle when we came in. Only one table was running in the lawn and no spl request for bonfire from our side. Asked the steward to get bonfire closer to the table which was not being used anyone. When spoken to Manager/ Owner , not ready to wave off the charges but had excuses which I paid off. Lost a guest forever. Will never ever again visit there and will neither recommend to anyone.
