Worst hotel ever when we had gone on 30 may they said that there is no booking of our name even though the booking was confirmed and requested us to go to other hotel for that day and promised us to give the suite room the next day.The next day when we came at night after visiting sonmarg they were again saying to stay in a waiters room at night as there waiter had given the suite room to other guest and then we came to know that they were doing fraud and giving the same room to two families and were gaining double money.beside these the food was of worst quality and there was no electricity in this hotel.never ever recommend this...

We had stayed in this hotel last week. The location is good, quite near to Shalimar Bagh. The staff are quite helpful and the owner Mr Zubair Lone is always ready to solve your problems. The food was tasty and healthy and felt like home-cooked food. But the room we stayed had no wifi (frequent wifi disconnections, so need a booster), long hours of power cuts and depended on generator, which will run for limited hours, geaser will not work during power cuts, so we had to depend on hot water brought...

We visited Kashmir with family on March month. This hotel booked by my Travel agency SST tours. First we hesitate to stay here, because of less reviews. But my Agent gave us the guarantee for our stay here
