this restaurant is one of our GTG places where most of the time we plan to have our dinner. Leaving 2-3 times out of 10, the experience remained awesome 👍 here.

The place is a perfect combination of good staff (they have senior staff so expect respected hospitality), good food (except once in a full moon, the chef might mess up; but it's wow otherwise) and pocket friendly prices.

Our order though remains somewhat same when we come here but sometimes we do try to experiment a bit and believe me that experiment has always backfired and failed 😅.

The place has proper parking, washroom and comfortable dining area. Our favourite items are Chicken Tikka Masala & Butter Naan!

Today I along with my family visited the restaurant for attending a function. It was really surprising to know there was no one to manage the parking of vehicles. I was one of the few guests who arrived early. I parked my vehicle in the parking bay and after 2 hours when I came out to go back home I was surprised to see 2 vehicles parked in front of the exit route and 2 more vehicles blocking my car too. I approached the restaurant waiter and surprisingly he told me to find out the owners of the vehicle on my own. Then I approached the front desk a waiter asked few people but then he also vanished. Soon I was joined by few other angry customers who were also in the same situation as me. The problem was not solved and the manager was no where to be seen even after asking for him repeatedly. At last I went asking people one by one myself and after frustrating half and hour was able to find out owners of vehicles blocking my car and the exit routes. Then being angry I shouted at the person at the front desk to call the manager after waiting for another 10-15 minutes the manager came and gave idiotic reply that these things happen. It was so unprofessional behavior on the part of the manager, firstly to be absent from the venue and after such a worse experience giving such a idiotic excuses. I’ve been coming to Mint Leaf for years, and it’s sad to say, but it just doesn’t feel the same anymore.

This place used to have a unique charm—whether it was the warm atmosphere, the personal touch in the service, or the distinct flavors in every dish. Lately, though, it feels like something’s changed. The vibe is different, the food doesn’t have the same care or consistency it once had. Although, the staff was attentive & fast.

But, it’s disappointing when a favorite spot starts to feel like just another average restaurant. I understand places evolve, but I hope they can find a way to bring back what made it special in the first place.

There’s still potential here, and I’d love nothing more than to fall in love with it...
