We spend 6 days in Pahalgam , our hotellier recommend us there food , we used to have food day and night @ Mom's Recipe , the restaurant owner Rajinder ji is very helpful , who feed us with love , ask our experience everyday when we come from our site scening @ there restaurant . Rajinder ji and her wife serving food from heart 💓 and feed with love . I just love there mix veg ,dal fry and small fulkas (Chapati) much . There Gobhi pratha & Aloo pratha is really good to for a breakfast . When ever you asked them for help for new places to explore in Pahalgam, kashmir 🍁 they always share and guide you well as well as I asked uncle how long you running this restaurant so he said I'm running from last 18 years in Pahalgam . And I came kashmir 🍁 28 years ago, my journey starts from Jharkhand and 1st place I reached in kashmir was Bandipura and then I never seen back (Kashmir 🍁) is my home now . I'm happy to be there either -10 temp, water become ice I don't stop I open shop every day to feed hungry tummy's. That's what me happy.😃🙏🏽

Dined here twice. Food tastes great, just like homemade. Uncle and family who run the place are very sweet, hardworking and hospitable. We had daal chawal, alu sabzi, roti and mix veg. The daal tasted very different (good different) from the daal we’ve had outside of this place. Despite the harsh winters of -11 degrees, uncle relentlessly cooks and serves his customers which is endearing. Rates are pretty nominal too.
