The Terrace Sky Lounge — Restaurant in Jammu and Kashmir

We group of 6 friends went there on 16 June first time with the high level of expectation but it turned out complete waste . They are charging 1190+ Gst for veg Buffet which dont worth more than 500 . Food is tasteless , service is very very poor . It took 30 min. for them to serve something ..Items in buffet are very less . Mutton and chicken taste bland and most of times are not even cooked well . If you want to improve please change your Chief usually KC food is very good but the food in this restaurant is pathetic . Usually i dont write review but if i am righting this so you can judge how bad it was so please save your mood and time and dont waste your money KC Terrace Sky lounge ...Only good thing was live Singer who was doing...

The dinning area is divided into outdoor and indoor. No doubt the place is made very beautiful with indoor plants. The food was also upto the mark. The only disappointment was the rain droplets that reached my plate. I actually had rain food. Despite the roof cover, water was seeping in. The manager was no doubt very empathetic and provided a new seat arrangement. But i am equally amazed as why no repair has been done. During monsoon season a frequent inspection should be done. Its not that K C Residency is 2 star rated hotel.

The area were salad was kept was very dark. I rarely could make it what type of salad were displaced. A small light fixture is needed around...

Service - Poor. Had to request the staff 5 times ( to different persons) to get pepper and napkins. Finally when I lost it and raised my tone then it was given.

Food - Average preparation and limited choice. For the first time in my life had Thai Green made with cauliflower and capsicum (felt cheated).
