I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bloom Hotel KC Residency Road, located in the heart of Jammu city. The hotel is part of the KC Plaza, which offers a range of amenities and services for a comfortable and convenient stay. Here's my review of the hotel based on my personal experience:

Location: The Bloom Hotel KC Residency Road is strategically located in the business hub of Jammu, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. The hotel is situated close to popular tourist attractions like the Raghunath Temple, Bahu Fort, and the Jammu Tawi Railway Station. It's also easily accessible from the airport and bus stand, making it a hassle-free stay for outstation visitors.

Ambiance: As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I was struck by its elegant ambiance. The decor is modern and chic, with sleek lines and vibrant colors that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The well-appointed reception area sets the tone for a comfortable stay, with friendly staff members eager to assist with check-in formalities and other queries.

Rooms: I stayed in a deluxe room, which was spacious, well-lit, and tastefully furnished. The room featured all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed, flat-screen TV, minibar, electronic safe, and tea/coffee maker. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with hot water available throughout the day. The room also offered free Wi-Fi connectivity, which was a definite plus.

Food and Beverage: The hotel has two dining options – Spice Lane, a multi-cuisine restaurant that serves delectable Indian, Chinese, and Continental fare, and The Lounge Bar, which offers an extensive selection of drinks and appetizers. I tried both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes during my stay, and I must say that the food was exceptional, with generous portions and flavorful ingredients. The breakfast buffet spread was equally impressive, with a variety of options ranging from traditional Indian favorites to continental staples.

Service: The service at the Bloom Hotel KC Residency Road was top-notch. The staff were courteous, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. From the front desk to housekeeping and dining staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. Worst hotel found in lifetime. I booked this room for spending quality times with my friends. But it is a strict jail. Although I don't smoke but they have smoke alarms installed in the rooms.

Visitors are not allowed the room! I mean why would someone book an hotel if any visitor is not allowed! Many prestigious hotels allow guests, i don't know on which meth they are?

A little dal spilled on my blanket and they tortured me! Saar what you have done saar! I told them now what you want?? I am going to do laundry?

I booked a queen size bed! I am 5'11" but it was uncomfortable.

They had given TV's in the room but OTT ka password daalna bhool gaye! Who is going to watch Doordarshan?? Why they had given TV's without OTT.

While i talked about visitors visit they told "Saar, CID came every night saaar!! I can't do anything saar! Do they think i was making B grade movies in the room Lol 😂

People book hotels for Convenience but it was more of a Jail!!

Try Raddison, Ramada, Lords inn, even hotel rooms in Bus stand are far better than it.

I was so fed up with the service that i can literally spend an hour writing articles about the inconveniences.

Every good geniune brand can do alterations for their valuable costumers. They be like "Saaar you should have read our terms and conditions Saaar" who the hell read terms and conditions for Hotel rooms?? Usually every hotel functions same......

When I entered to the Hotel, felt like entered to the luxurious hotel and price also very much affordable. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, my experience was truly outstanding,

The service provided by the staff was impeccable. All were not only professional but also incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate my needs was truly remarkable.

The room was not just comfortable, but it was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The amenities provided were top-notch, and it was evident that every effort had been made to ensure my comfort and convenience.

I must also commend for one of the cleanest and well designed hotel at Jammu. Searched multiple hotels in Jammu for 2 hours and end of here which I can say "Sabar kaa phal mitha hota hai". Your rigorous sanitation measures put my mind at ease, allowing me to enjoy my stay without worry.

In summary, my stay at Bloom Hotel was nothing short of excellent. I will undoubtedly recommend your establishment to friends and family, and I look forward to returning in the future again. Thank you team for providing me with a memorable and truly exceptional experience.
