Aranya's Pure Veg Restaurant — Restaurant in Jharkhand

I went with my family to this place ordered our Starters and Main course. After 30 odd minutes that too when I enquired one attendant told that the starter wasn't available I told fine No issues bring me the main course. The guy nodded his head and disappears and after 20 minutes there is no sign of food. And people who had came after us had started leaving the place after having the dinner. This was the point when I got ticked off. The unprofessional behavior of the restaurant staff and the manager. They did not have the courtesy of even apologizing for the delay or empathising with the guest. Then we left. Your food might be tasty and excellent but remember it's the service that makes even the ordinary look extra ordinary. People pay for what they have from your restaurant. Please don't take them...

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

Before I start let me be clear that I'm covering the review of the restaurant not the Banquet.

Recently they switched from being a mix-menu restaurant to a pure vegetarian restaurant. Now you would expect their veggie dishes to be good right? But they were just terrible.

We ordered 3 dishes, Paneer lawabdaar, Dal makhani and "special veg", unfortunately none of the dishes were good, even their speciality was horrible. Every single dish lacked flavour, aroma and texture. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The only good thing about this place is its ambience and that's pretty much it.

Aranya's had been one of my fav restaurants in Dhanbad. Be it the ambience, the food and the ease of access! But now a days they have completely shifted their attention towards only home delivery food. They dnt wanna mind the people sitting for hours in their restaurant for food. We literally sat for 2 n half hours for dinner! Again, they need to either change their staffs, or train them properly, may b give them more rest, or just increase the number of staffs.
