On Da Rocks seduces with its panoramic Ranchi vistas, "but its new mandatory 500-per-head coupon system leaves a bitter aftertaste". While the pizza, spaghetti, and soya chaap sated our appetites, and the Pina Colada and Oreo shake hit the spot, the forced minimum spend casts a dark cloud over the experience.

Imagine craving a simple cup of coffee and a quiet sunset soak-in, only to be met with a 1000-rupee minimum order for two. It's like being ushered into a party you didn't RSVP for, with a hefty cover charge at the door. The scenic beauty and decent food can't erase the feeling of being trapped in a pre-paid package.🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Sure, the coupons cover food and drinks, but why the inflexibility? It smacks of a calculated profit motive, prioritizing volume over customer choice. 🙎‍♂️😑 For those seeking a casual evening, a romantic tête-à-tête, or just a solo coffee break with a view, On Da Rocks' new policy slams the door shut.😑

While the food and drinks may hold their own, the forced minimum spend fundamentally alters the experience. It transforms a potentially delightful evening into a transactional obligation, leaving a sour taste in your mouth long after the...

Den of thieves: The place should be shut down asap. They are bunch of thieves, really had a bad experience visiting this overhyped place. I have ordered for white chicken pasta but they gave veg pasta and when I pointed out then they apologised but this is just a start. During billing, they added 2 extra packaged water which was not served. And when I pointed out they apologised and again brought the bill with one packaged water, again when I pointed out finally they brought the correct bill. While paying the bill they were unable to processed to card payment. Then I gave the cash after counting 4-5 times. Thereafter I went for some photography and then out of nowhere the waiter again came saying that I have paid 500 less, since I was busy then I gave him the amount and later I called for manager who apologised and told me that he would come back after checking CCTV footage. But then he came back saying no IT team is there, though checking CCTV footage is not a rocket science. Worst experience to be there. Spoilt my evening and the place like this actually gives bad name...

The worst experience ever!! Felt humiliated..

Worst place.. Worst staff behaviour..

I was denied entry because I was wearing sandal and was told that "Chappal allowed nahi hai"

I just asked them to show me any rule book if they had but the answer was "har cheez likha ya bataya nahi jata hai"

My family was already inside but at last they had to leave the place.. So, they didn't just humiliate me but my family was also humiliated with this gesture of the staff and manager..

Arrogance was at the peak!

After some argument the manager came and his words were "Yaha hum hi magistrate, hai hm hi vakeel hai, hm hi gawah hain".. Just imagine a manager of a reputed restuarant saying this..

Jagah kitnaa bhi accha ho agr customer ka izzat nahi kar skte to fir bekaar hai sabkuch.. DONT JUDGE A BOOK...

Visited twice and both times had bad experience. This experience is worth sharing. There is an entry fee now of 500 as they know the food will suck so people have no option. We reached here and asked staff for assistance and the staff seemed rude. Now everything in the menu is overprices. One glass of real juice costs 190 . In this price they can offer fresh juice but no. Also the place closes at 5 o'clock. No tandoor items and service is garbage. 10/10 would not recommend
