Mmmm, The Yellow Chilli, you give me good food and good mood always, but not in my recent visit.
I have visited this place 4 times and evey time I had good experience with them.
Their complementary drink and papad with chutney is awesome. Please keep the kaccha mango 🥭 drink always, it tests the best.
Also as a cherry on the top, we ISM people get 20% discount here. 🙃
The last time I visited this place for throwing my b'day party and we ordered 2 types of chicken dishes containing 6 pieces in each. But both the dishes contained 5 pcs, but they refilled it just after informing them which was good.
One thing I felt bad about that the person who was attending us wasn't accepting it and he made us count the pieces twice which was rude. Like this kind of mistake is not possible on their side or we ate two pieces and then informing them 😒
If you're running a huge resturant like this then you shouldn't behave with the customers like this as suppose your two chicken pieces will cost you a kidney. And nobody apologized for this to us.😒
Anyways, hope you will take note of this and take care of your management so that this kinda incident won't...
Read moreHad a terrible service experience at Yellow Chilli. They are running an offer where they are giving buy 2 get 3. But they have hidden terms and conditions. We ordered 6 items and were expecting 2 free. But when the bill arrived I was told I have ordered 5 items only as soup and dimsums dont't count in the so-called Starter/Main course category. When asked where does it say that the offer is not eligible for soup/dimsum, I was told it is in T&C (which are up to the restaurant) And the attitude of the staff !!! Pathetic.. making faces. When asked to add other items, I was told the bill is already ready and cannot be changed. I wonder what if there was a billing mistake from their side.. would they have still not changed the bill? Manager, staff all acting as if they are big people who have so much important things to do rather than tending...
Read moreYellow Chilli under the brand name of Sanjeev Kapoor is not at all justifying with its brand name. It was our 2nd experience and again was the worst experience. The kofta which we ordered were not less then a hard ball which on cutting with the spoon moved away. Looking at the menu with so less items and their prices there is a vast difference between the quality of food and the prices of the food. I wonder how this kind of presentation and food can be served in a restaurant under the brand name of Sanjeev Kapoor, who is the master~chef of India. I would appreciate if Mr. Kapoor kindly verify whether this is a real franchise under his name or not. This restaurant is worth closing and Mr. Kapoor must take immediate action to look into matter and it is my advise to Mr. Kapoor to withdraw his name from the restaurant- The Yellow...
