-No finger bowl facility or wet tissues available after having dinner waiters are so lazy and busy in giggling. They dont even listen to u after calling so many times. No payment being accepted through cards #digital india Even waiter taking order don’t know about any dish description. So they can’t recommend u any dish frm there side. -U have to take mineral water bottle which cost rs 70 compulsorily. Even 5 stars provide normal water facility They provide u totally torn menu card to order. How can a newly opened restaurant can haa menu in such condition. They don’t even provide basic accessories on dining table. U have to ask for tissues, gork, knifeand spoon again nd again. Its better not to go there and waste ur money. U can find much better places with even low price than this and far better...

One of the worst experience with Hola which is claimed to be elite class. Poor services, taste less food, taking and confirming order is a big project for the staff, this place is waste of time & money.

Incident: We visited with 8 people including kids. Initially they refused to provide the vacant space telling its available only for 12 people and kept us waiting. Then we ordered starters and soup, we were served only one portion ie soup for 2 persons only and other people waited for about 23 mins which was very pathetic and after multiple time follow up they were making excuses of serving and all. And then we told them we are leaving after argument they provided the bill for the ugly tomato soup.

For Jodhpurites & other tourists think before going to this place. Management is very poor and...

Pathetic is a little word. Warm beer is served in the name of chilled beer. On requesting the staff says it is ingenuine. Soup is served in broken soup bowl. Thankfully they agreed on the bowl being broken. I could see too many insects which they could spot only after I showed them. The staff was dropping his ear on my personal conversations. Extremely rude and laid back staff. Looked like they had to be pushed to reach the guest.

They were only assuming what a guest could speak rather than listening had to be requested to listen

All in all a Pathetic experience. Any dhaba with one fourth the price would be more hospitable and worth the experience.
