Pathetic.. Cashier.- Poorely Managed. - Found Cockroach in Butter Milk.ord --- BIG NO.

We went at Janta Sweet Home on 26th December 2024 at 5 pm with my family group of 12+ 1 Kid. where we have ordered food. The Cashier was so rude and treating a customer like insect.. He does not know how to treat the customer. Let me highlight it in stages.

First Stage - While giving order to the Cashier he has just given a coupon for the food items orders which is ok. No compliant. But when I ask certain questions from him he was very rude in responding. I have ask for the bill for the food items so that I should be knowing for what I have paid and what I have ordered. As all token slip was taken by counter persons. So, he bluntly said AAP FOOD TO KHALO SAAB BILL MILE JAEGA AUR BILL CHAHIYE TO PEHLE BOLNA THA. MERE TIME WASTE HO RAHA HAI. AAP PHELE FOOD KHALO... I think I have right to ask for the bill at the moment once we have ordered the food. It is basic procedure in every restaurant..

2 Stage : We have ordered 2 butter scotch and the waiter has served us only 1. Here where the panic button start. I went to Cashier Counter and told him that I have ordered 2 Butter Scotch and waiter has served us only 1.. Now Look out for his words ..and his responses....

SIR TOKEN NUMBER BATAO KYA THA KYA ORDER DIYA THA..

I told him how could I will be knowing the Token number that y I have asked for Bill.

Cashier Response : AAP KO YAAD RAKHNA CHAHIYE THA. AAP US WAITER KO BULAO JISNE AAP KO DELIVER KIYA. AAP NE EK HE ORDER KIYA HOGA. I said how could I will find him. Its your duty not mine to find that order is delivered properly or not. Than Cashier start asking from his other Counter Partners where he found that there was 2 Butter Scotch it took at least 3 mints that I was furies with his behaviour and told him that you should have given a self service for the Soft beverages to make the thing easier.

Stage 3 : In mean wile I took another order from the counter and went back to my sitting area where I found Cockroach inside the cap of Butter Scotch.

That was a point where I lost my patience ..that such a big name in Jodhpur and such kind of hygiene standard is not acceptable at all. I straight away went to Cashier and told him that I would a Cockroach in Butter Milk. In later stage hotel Manager came up and said sorry to me. WHERE I HAVE SAID THAT TELL ME I HAVE FEW SIP OF THE SAME BUTTER MILK WHO WILL BE RESPOSIBLE IF SOMETHING HAPPENED TO ME... I HAVE TOLD HIM THAT I DO NOT LIKE THE BEHAVIOR OF YOUR CASHIER AND CAN NOT ACCEPT HIS WORD .. AAP US WAITER KO DUNDO JIS NE AAP KO SERVE KIYA... I Responded to the Manager that do you really think that is it the customer duty to find the waiter and clearify the order or it is your primary responsibility to sort out the thing. Being from Hotel Industry I have said that ATTI DEVO BHAVA is started from Rajasthan and comes to Delhi. But you people has forget to treat a customer. He does have any response...

Stage 4 : I ask him again that I want the bill of my food. He has given me a manual bills with totally billing and I have asked him again that I want a computerised bill with Gst. He went back and again given a manual bill.I said THAT YOUR MAKING A FOOL OF THE CUSTOMER BY CHARGING GST FROM THEM AND NOT PAYING THE GST TO GOVT.

Now If I would be the Manager from JANTA SWEET HOME I would have given something complimentary from my side or may be give some discount on bill ( which they have not made it) Or entire bill as an complimentary. Because I as an hotelier believe in making customer and reputation in Market matters to me not the money. Here comes why I have mentioned a poor Management...

These people are not creating bills and fooling the govt or may be they have different solution with GST GOVT OFFICIAL.

So, I would request you all please do not go to this place again and forward my message to others to aware what these people and ask for the bill first if you want to go...
