Worst Staff and Owner. They think what they doing is above their means and approach, someone needs to show them their real place.

I had booked 6 rooms checkin on 8th morning 6 am and checkout by 10.30 I had 2 kids with me so asked for 2 extra towels, the guy on the phone says you have done booking for 2 people so you will get 2 towels which are already provided. Who in the planet earth talks to customer like this and did I pay to here this garbage where I have guest with me and we have just checked in early morning to take shower and have breakfast and leave. I told the guy take charge but send , he is replying sir it's not about charge ,let me see once I have a person will send it in your room. On first floor they have breakfast restaurant where there is no buffet served or anything mentioned what's there in today's breakfast as a package, when you ask at the mercy of the waiter he informed us couple of options idli, wada , dosa , masala dosa and then he said but no tea coffee. Who on the planet tells a guest no tea coffee , if the staff who makes tea is not come then tell someone else to make, how can you tell guest it will not be provided. I wanted to do a booking for 12 feb our return journey for which the guy said it cannot be done right now, he gave his card and told call a day prior for room booking and do the payment online. I gave a call yesterday the guy spoke so rudely and I just wanted to complain for this insane staff who is mismanaging the property so i took owners abhisheks number and informed about all the incidences and to my surprise , it's not the staff but the owner too is the same, he clearly stated we have wedding rooms booked 2 weeks back we can't give a room. All the inconveniences caused ,keep it to yourself was the attitude...

On 1st December 2024, I visited Priya Restaurant with my family. It is a very family-friendly place, perfect for dining with kids. We have visited this place many times on weekends, and each visit has been a great experience.

The restaurant is located on the first floor of the building, and there were two lifts available, making it very convenient for everyone to reach, especially for families with kids or elderly members. The ambiance was warm and inviting. The place was extremely neat and hygienic, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. The staff’s behavior was excellent; they were polite, attentive, and ensured we had a great experience.

One of the best things about Priya Restaurant was the wide variety of food options. They served all types of cuisines, including Indian, South Indian, Chinese, and fast foods. This made it easy for everyone in the family to choose their favorite dishes.

The food was the highlight of our visit. Every dish was freshly prepared and tasted delicious, leaving us completely satisfied.

Overall, Priya Restaurant is a great place for families, offering a clean environment, excellent service, a variety of tasty food options, and easy access with two lifts. We look forward to...

Guys don't go on the exterior or name, the Hotel rooms are as shown in photo - 5 star comfort. Very comfortable stay, excellent interior. Staff behaviour is very polite. Mr. Ravi D. at reception is very good and also helped us in early check-in. 5min Walking distance from Railway station (auto may take 20/- or max 50/- auto). Hotel location is centrally located and very convenient for travelling anywhere in Jodhpur. Food is absolute all prepared in Ghee. Don't miss Halwa Puri, Chole Bhature, Pasta. We got deal on MMT (2 triple rooms at Rs.6000). If you book directly at hotel over call they will charge 2000 single, 2500 double & 3000 single. They are genuine and will not manipulate. You can go for a bike rental for 350 per day (but book it before 9am to get good condition vehicle). I would suggest to hire an auto for sightseeing right below the hotel and do your Sightseeing (negotiate well). So, Close your eyes and book this hotel....
