And what a disastrous experience... Since it was a 20 people dinner, we had booked a section of their hall in the basement. A part of which they consequently gave away to their random guests, even though we had booked it in advance. Since we weren't using the whole of that section, as a happy gesture we too did not oppose it and allowed them with the same. Then came the service part, for almost 30 guests, they had just 2 waiters running everywhere. For simple ice we had to ask the waiter at least 5 times and also had to wait for more than 20mins. Soft drinks were served in dirty glasses which we had to get changed and for that too we had to wait. Being the hosts, it was really very awkward and even embarrassing. 2 soups that we had booked in the package were served with dinner after welcome drinks and snacks, hence none had the soup. Then came the dinner. Plates were given, spoons went missing, again we had to keep asking for them. Mix veg raita was soo very sour that none in our group could have it. None. For ice cream we had booked choco chips and pina chips, and incase of non-availability of pina chips we had asked for american nuts. What was actually served was pineapple icecream and chocolate ice cream. And look at the audacity of the head waiter, on pointing out that wrong ice creams are being served, he replied "ye kya hai toh, pina chips nai hai toh or kya hai" in such a rude tone that 1st we thought that probably we were only wrong. Ultimately we got to know that they did not arrange both those ice creams and were intentionally serving wrong ice creams, for which they din't even have any answers. After the dinner got over, there was no sign of any finger bowls. Everything was so damn mis managed and poorly organised. Mr. Joy, who had taken our booking on behalf of Rigveda, he did nothing, absolutely nothing to compensate for anything or to make us feel better. Even our guests complained of the bitter taste of palak subji and specially that raita which nobody could have. Such a disappointing attitude and very very poor hospitality we experienced there today. And not only service was poor, but management was an utter disgust. And not even ready to accept their mistake. I mean, being in the business of hospitality, u portray the lowest grade of hospitality???? How do u plan to stay in the business??? At least we, 20 people are never going back after all...

What I had experience at Hari vedas was like I couldn’t imagine going anywhere but Hari vedas I got recommended for this and I gone here with family

Let’s start from timing. We enter and gave order immediately but the food arrives like 40 min later. They first give me broken uncooked naan and later they gave burnt naan as u can see. We had to complain for boondi rayta and pineapple rayta whereas pineapple rayta wasn’t good at all and it was sour ( one point for not charging us that bad food in our bill) Servicing was so so so poor that I had to call 3 4 times for one single spoon. It happen like when the service person came to serve and ask me for spoon so he can serve in my table and that’s where I asked him. I am also looking for one spoon if any of you guys can provide or is it I have to bring from home ? We order paneer tikka and they gave us two veg same type by mistakenly twice time and also daal was no taste. We said normal spicy but it was so much spicy we couldn’t eat properly but had to left in mid coz of too spicy. The restaurant was full and whole management was so poor u can’t get anything on time Even they serve wrong food on my table and I was seeing them for one person complaining about food getting cold even from their manager. We went there on our 1st marriage anniversary but unfortunately this turned into very bad experience. The restaurant was like a Sabji Market. Everyone was shouting and running here and there, also waiters have no sense of taking to guests. The dining area also was very poor, no privacy to guests. We went there for dinner buffet but there is no dedicated buffet area, they told that buffet will be served at table only ( first time in my life, I heard that there could be a buffet that is served on table). Some party was going on in the restaurant, they asked us to sit on one of the table in party area only. In the party, people were shouting and creating nuisance to others, very loud music. The party area should be seperate with other customers. Very cheap crowd comes in the restaurant, I did not find it suitable for ladies. The manager was also very dumb, he has no control over what is going around and how to make guests comfortable. Food quality was also ok ok, nothing good, although they are pricing it very much. They totally spoiled our mood and our 1st marriage anniversary celebration. I would recommend everybody to avoid this restaurant.
