I wish I could give 0 star to this hotel.There is no proper washroom one can go to clean themselves or wash their hand.They take orders very slow and it took them more than an hour to prepare our food when there was not a single person other than us. We waited for like 1 hour and there was noone to attend our table,the crew/staff was not even bothered to take care of their customers and attend any queries from them,Another 15 mins passed now its been 45mins since we've been waiting for our food and then a family of 6 comes they waited for like 15 mins and they are being served soup ,then starters.Me and my friends got angry and said its been 1 hour we've been waiting and there is nobody to serve us or attend us,we are leaving..Then they said "Sir,10 min aur lagega aaplog wait karo." we felt like kya argue karna h abhi as we all were hungry and even if we wanted to go to another restaurant and order food it would take us 30 more mins..so thought of waiting and then 15/20mins later our food arrives. The food that served was super spicy, salty..The hotel should be renamed to "Redchilly and Greenchilly" instead of black pepper. At first I was really aphrensive of this place due to its low rating on Zomato but gave I it a shot & thank God I did. Its really nice & quite affordable restaurant. The ambiences is top notch & quite comparable to high end restaurants. The staff is friendly too. The food of this place was top notch in terms of Chinese food. I've been to quite a few Chinese restaurants & the food is as good as if not better than the others in this game. The place offers authentic chinese food with variety of options in both, Veg and Non-veg. The restaurant offers an A/C seating but the place is not sufficient to accommodate a large group of people.
